At just the right distance from the heart
of Munnar town (10 kms) in its proximity
and yet quite isolated and secluded,
perched on the hill-slopes beyond

Mankulam, is Camelot, a place of idyllic
beauty, natural simplicity and
pleasantness. It gives the visitor an
unmemorable experience never before tasted
in his entire life.
Camelot is a wildlife’s delight as animals
like elephants, bison, wild dogs and wild
boars are often sighted in the mornings
and evenings. Birds like blackbirds,
kites, hornbills and many smaller
varieties are frequent visitors. Rare
insects like the Atlas Moth are seen in
abundance. Wild orchids, giant tree ferns,
rhododendrons, etc. are also in plenty
around the place.
